Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products
Because ogCover issues digital credits for API usage and rendering capabilities, our products are deemed "used" upon generation of images.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscriptions midway through a billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for previously rendered API requests or unused credits at the end of a billing cycle. However, if you experience significant technical failures that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
