1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ogCover service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate, host, or distribute any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to: child exploitation imagery, non-consensual explicit content, and material promoting terrorism or real-world violence. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
3. Service Availability ("As Is")
Our service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ogCover disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ogCover, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. User-Generated Content & Disclaimer
ogCover is a tool for generating images. We do not create, verify, or endorse user content. Templates and images in our Community Gallery are created by users—we do not pre-moderate them. Display of content in the gallery does not constitute approval by ogCover. You are solely responsible for any content you create, publish, or distribute using the Service. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts without notice if we believe it violates this policy.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ogCover, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
