Refund & Paid Period Policy

1. Digital Products
Because ogCover issues digital credits for API usage and rendering capabilities, our products are deemed "used" upon generation of images.
2. Paid plan period
Paid plans are purchased manually for a billing period. There is currently no automatic recurring charge and no separate cancellation control in account settings: if you do not renew, the account returns to the free plan after the period ends. Renewing the current plan extends the period without losing remaining days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for previously rendered API requests or unused credits at the end of a billing cycle. However, if you experience significant technical failures that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
