1. Purpose
This page provides a concise overview of how ogCover protects customer data and which core security controls are applied.
2. Data transfer
Public website and API endpoints are served over HTTPS/TLS. Data in transit between clients and ogCover is encrypted.
3. Access and credentials
Account access is protected by authentication mechanisms. User passwords are stored in hashed form. API keys can be revoked and re-issued from the dashboard.
4. Logging and diagnostics
For reliability and troubleshooting, the service uses technical logs and monitoring. We recommend not placing sensitive personal or payment information in templates and variables.
5. Backups and recovery
We perform regular backups of critical data and periodically verify recovery procedures.
6. Data removal and incidents
For data removal or security inquiries, contact support@ogcover.io. In case of a confirmed security incident, we take containment actions and notify affected users when required.
